A well presented haberdashery bank of drawers.
French 20th century.
Made from oak & pitch pine, this statement piece of furniture was bespoke made for a men’s formal clothing shop to showing their range of shirting.
Comprising of nine deep drawers with clear fronts, the drawers have a wooded insert to section out them out, thus allowing you to present an item in the front section and disguise whats in the drawer itself.
Additional to the drawers there are three pull out shelves along the top section; these originally used for folding garments.
A nice warmth to the wood with a great patina.
