Prototype 1208 desk lamp by Herbert Terry.

English early 1930’s.

One of the rarest anglepoise desk lamp by Herbert Terry & Sons.

This 1208 model was a prototype released in extremely limited numbers up until the mid 30’s. It was originally designed by George Carwardine prior to his collaboration with Herbert Terry & Sons in his Bath studio.

This beauty of a desk lamp is presented in original condition & features the rare cast high stem base & signature crinkle paintwork.

Rewired and PAT tested.
