T/C’s – RETURNS POLICY
At Cooling & Cooling, our standard policy is that we do not accept refunds. However, where ever possible, we can guarantee our approach to our pieces will be transparent and truthfully descriptive. Please have an understanding that the pieces you are buying have a history, a life & an ownership before your acquaintance. Therefore there will be elements of wear & tear, slight bruising or even damage that we believe add character & wealth.
We ultimately want you to be happy & treasure your piece, just as we have sourcing it. But we ask that you take the factors above into account before you make your purchase, as we cannot refund on this basis. With this in mind, we invite you to view the item or alternatively please do ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Items classified as glass, cannot be insured and are posted at the buyer risk.
In the unlikely event you feel have been misguided or provided with the wrong information, we will happily discuss this further, as we promise to look at each case fairly & individually. Please retain your receipt & notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, either by telephone or the email address noted at the end of these terms & conditions.
Should a return be agreed based on the above outlined terms, we strongly advise you look into the necessary insurance in order to avoid the chance of damage whilst under the responsibility of your chosen courier & always ask for proof of postage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt & inspection of the item, however please note we cannot refund your return courier charge.
